模具设计工程师

岗位职责Duties/Responsibilities    
1、  按照客户要求和项目进度独立完成模具方案设计    
Completed mold design according to customers’requests and project schedule Independently    
2、  与客户沟通零件技术要求和确认模具方案的可行性，并提供修改意见    
Communicated with customers on the technical requirements of parts and confirmed the feasibility of the mold scheme and provide suggestions for modification    
3、  负责新产品的模具结构设计    
Responsible for new product mold design    
4、  负责供应商模具方案的确认和提出改进建议，协助管理模具供应商   
Responsible for confirming the supplier's mold scheme and proposing improvement suggestions, assist in supplier management of mold.   
5、  负责模具和塑料粒子材料选型、DFM、模流分析及提出改进建议    
Responsible for mold and plastic particle material selection, DFM, mold flow analysis and put forward improvement suggestions    
6、  零件外协过程中的技术沟通和问题解决    
Technical communication and problem-solving during parts outsourcing    
7、经理分配的其它工作    
Other tasks assigned by the Manager       
任职要求Education/Special Skill Requirements    
1、  模具或机械等类专科及以上学历，5年上的模具设计工作经验    
College degree or above in mold or machinery, etc., more than 5 years of working experience in design    
2、 熟练使用二维、三维设计软件    
Familiar with 2d and 3D design software    
3、熟悉塑料模具设计, 具备模流分析能力优先考虑    
familiar with mold design of plastic, Capability of mold flow analysis is preferred    
4、熟悉齿轮模具设计优先考虑    
Familiar with gear mold design is preferred    
5、有钳工、注塑背景优先考虑
Have bench work, injection molding background is preferred
6、良好的英文阅读和书写能力，基本的听力能力    
Good English reading and writing ability, basic listening ability
